FREJA in Ålesund is expanding with new train solutions, and on the 25th of April, we will start with a daily train connection on the Rauma rail line between Åndalsnes and Oslo. FREJA is always looking for environmentally friendly transport solutions, and we have made a strong contribution to the process of getting this railway connection re-established after it was closed down in 2018.

FREJA Transport & Logistics AS expanded and established a new department in Ålesund in the summer of 2018, where Stein Arve Waagan, with his dedicated will and years of experience from the industry, was hired as the general manager of the new office.
The long-term strategy was to develop our services in North-West Norway, an area with long traditions for international trade, and at the same time strengthen our brand in the West Norway regions. It was particularly important to utilize Waagan's experience in temperature-controlled transports - one of FREJA's focus areas in recent years.
