Security
FREJA is certified according to AEO, Authorized Economical Operator. AEO offers simplifications in customs handling, security and protection. Certification means FREJA has requirements for its hauliers and customers, regarding loading, unloading, storage and handling. Some of the requirements are described below:
Loading or unloading of FREJAs vehicles must only take place under secured conditions. This means behind a fence with no access for unauthorized persons, on closed terminals with no access for unauthorized persons, or under surveillance, which secures that no unauthorized persons have access to the vehicle or the goods.
Only cargo with a documented origin and stored in a secured environment until loading can be loaded on a FREJA truck.
All unintended incidents (extra or unknown cargo) or other security related matters regarding the transport and security, must be reported to FREJA immediately.
