The predicted increase in German road tax has now been passed by the German Bundestag. This means increases of as much as 60 % compared to the present level.
For trucks with 5 axles and an Euronorm 6 engine the increase will be 39 %. For trucks with 2-4 axles and an Euronorm 6 engine, which is typically used for distribution, the increases will go up to 60 %.
During December 2018 FREJA will prepared updated road tax rates with effect on 1st January 2019.
